The mask, somehow we have all found are way to many of these. I recently went on a deep yurning to discover for myself, MASKS. A protection, like a piece of chocolate wrapped up in a wrapper that we can't wait to open. Our minds however want to keep the wrapper on, not to ever taste it, taste its sweetness and serenity. I recently came to the conclusion that since our mind, body, and spirit are parts of the whole they are not each other. I also discovered our hearts are the connection to the mind and the spirit. If we close our hearts[which we do with every negative action or thought or deed which is in itself fear which fear is false evidence appearing real] we disconnect from our spirit, and our spirits are truths!! There lies the biggest truths. When we have closed hearts we have wounds. Wounds that must be dealt with to move forward.Our flaws are our wounds. Some have very big flaws, yet we have to recognize they are wounds. Long time ago in our history, our egos[mind alone without heart and soul] this is the ego, we developed defense mechanisms. To protect us from the very thing we feared, love. How ironic you say ,and also how funny. Why would we fear the most from the one thing we want more in the world, to love and be loved. The answer lies within all of us. What I do know, is that when I am lookng at someone for the first time I see their innocence,their beauty and what lie beneath the mask. I see it so clearly, and my heart breaks because I can see it, and they have yet to discover it. I want to reach out and say there is something better if you would only ask. They know I know, but their mask is playing now. Lost is the ego, and I want them to know " YOU CAN' T HIDE FROM ME, i ALREADY KNOW WHO YOU REALLY ARE. THE MASK. thank you mind. However the mind left out the biggest part, the heart, the soul. In our deepest parts of ourselves lie truths we on this day would believe not real.
